Finally all you Queenslanders can now breathe a sigh of relief for the date of the next Powercruise Streetcar Shootout has been announced! This is promising to be one hell of a good event for spectators and competitors with some of the biggest names in motorsport doing battle down the quarter.

Just a quick look through the list of confirmed entrants will put a grin on any horsepower junkies face with names like Ivan Tesic in ‘MR MAD’ going up against Dan Callahan in the awe inspiring ‘CAL 400’ first on the list. But wait, it doesn’t stop there! Bob Campesi with his new twin turbo setup looking at the 6 second barrier, Mark Hayes in his super clean LC Torana, Craig Thompson in his twin turbo big block HG and even a top secret debut from the boys at Redcliffe Dyno.

There is even a $1000 up for grabs in the powerskid competition with the money going to who ever can drop a bigger powerskid than the event organizer in his crazy turbo big block HQ.
